This is one of the oldest races in the RORC calendar.
The St. Malo Race is one of the most popular cross channel races as it arrives in St. Malo just in time for the Bastille Day celebrations.
The start is on the Yacht Squadron Line in Cowes with the finish just outside the historic town of St Malo. The course takes you west out of the Solent, past the Needles and around the Channel Islands to the finish just off the impressive ramparts of St Malo’s old town.
This race is a qualifier for the Fastnet Race, and covers an approximate distance of 175nm
