This package offers an opportunity to combine the twin joys of sailing the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean with a comfortable, 2 double bedroom, self catered, waterfront villa in the exclusive Marina & Golf Resort of Jolly Harbour. This resort is perfectly located in the middle of the west coast of Antigua, where beautiful blue, calm waters and superb sunsets abound.
Villa details:
Villa 219E is a charming, waterfront, two bedroom villa, situated on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour and will be your holiday villa if available. We can arrange similar alternatives if necessary.
- Two good sized bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom and there is a downstairs washroom. Bedroom one has a queen size double bed and doors leading onto a balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. Each has built-in wardrobes and ample storage space.
- Lovely, spacious, open plan living and dining area with a stylish fully equipped kitchen.
- WI-FI internet connection and a DVD player.
- Wonderful waterfront terrace with fabulous views across the marina with patio chairs and table and two sun loungers. There is also a lovely deck area and dock.
- Garage with parking for one vehicle.
- Two stair gates (travel cot and highchair available on request).
- Cable TV available.
- Jolly Harbour amenities: bars and restaurants, tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, golf course, supermarket and so much more.
- Gated community with 24 hour security.
- Pets are not allowed, children are welcome although as it is a waterfront villa, this must be at your own discretion.
Our guests can spend a minimum of 2 days on the yacht with a minimum of 3 nights occupancy in a villa. There are daily rates for periods of less than a week. Villas can only be booked in conjunction with a Sailing Holiday.
As an example itinerary, and subject to the number of days you choose on board, you could join us on “Miramar” for a relaxing cruise around the scenic South Coast to take in Falmouth Harbour, the history of Nelson’s Dockyard at English Harbour and, at sunset, a trip to Shirley Heights to take in the spectacular views across both harbours and beyond to the islands of Montserrat and Guadeloupe. The next day we could sail round to West Bay at Green Island for peace and quiet and the fabulous snorkelling this anchorage has to offer.

We believe in keeping your costs as low as possible as it is expensive to travel to the Caribbean. On board catering costs are under your control and you can either send us a pre-provisioning list, or we can go shopping together when you arrive. This way you do not pay for catering you do not want.
Your days on land in Jolly Harbour will bring you the beauty of its North & South beaches. Both have calm, shallow waters, with easy surf breaks. They are a short distance away and within easy reach of the villas. Jolly Harbour itself offers a shopping complex with bars and restaurants for your evening’s entertainment. Your time in the villa will be fully self-catered, although the fridge will be stocked with a basic “Welcome Pack” to allow you to settle in and relax. Our involvement with the Jolly Harbour Yacht Club gives you the option to try some dinghy sailing from North Beach.
If you wish to explore the island on land there are car, and golf buggy rental companies available to you. We would also be happy to pre-arrange Island Excursions in advance for you.
