With “Cool Cat” we introduce SCUBA Diving as a completely new dimension to your Miramar Sailing experience.
Her capacity to easily carry 6 full size tanks plus ancillary equipment, combined with Wayne, her PADI Dive Master Skipper, means that on an 8 Hour “Super Day” Cruise, up to 6 of our guests can go diving in the beautiful clear waters around our shores.
All guests wishing to dive must hold, and present, a recognised International Open Water certificate but apart from that “Cool Cat” provides everything else.
The schedule of your “Super Day” Cruise may need to be modified slightly to allow sufficient time for diving and this will be discussed with Wayne on the day.
For those of you who do not wish to dive there is an ample supply of fins, masks, buoyancy aids for your free use if shallow water sea life exploration is what you are looking for.
Of course, there is always the option before or after lunch of just “dropping in” off the back of “Cool Cat” for a refreshing swim in our warm, blue waters.
In addition, we can arrange for you to do some fishing by “trolling” a lure from the back of the yacht while sailing. The photo opportunities that come with a “catch” are not to be missed. A monster Mahi Mahi, Wahoo or Tuna can never be guaranteed but there is always a lot of excitement generated by the possibility!
